Created: August 2011. Materials: gesso, India ink, cel-Vinyl, marker, ball point pen (Maxum 1.6) on Crescent illustration board. 15″x20″
This was the first “painting” that I kind of put it all together. At least this was the first one I said, “holy cow, this actually looks kind of cool!”. I used one of my doodles, scanned it and projected it on the art board (which was “prepared” with layers and layers of paint, sanded, painted again and again until I got the “age” I was looking for).
